Product name: SAKE YASUKE Manufacturer : Shotoku Shuzo Co. Distributor : Sanjikusha Co. Ingredients : Rice (Mukojo from Cabo Delgado, Northern Mozambique), Koji (Japanese Koshihikari rice) Alcoholic Beverage : 15 Capacity : 720ml Limited edition:500 bottles Release Date : April 10, 2023 Price : 11,000 yen including tax The Mozambican rice used as the raw material is a native variety named Mcojo, a type of Uruchi rice from the province of Cabo Delgado. With the cooperation of the local subsidiary of Japan Plant Fuels Corporation, which was the catalyst for this project, we were able to import rice from an area that is off-limits to foreigners. The domestic Koshihikari rice used as koji is a valuable horse-raised rice that is carefully cultivated without fertilizers or pesticides, using both human and horse power. Sakeyasuke" is made with rice that has characteristics completely different from those of Japanese sake rice, and is produced using the traditional sake brewing technique of Shotoku Shuzo, resulting in a sake that combines the flavors of Japan and Mozambique, and allows you to feel the fresh breezes of both countries.

Shotoku" Junmai from Fushimi, Kyoto. Neat, clear, clean acidity, and again mildly expansive when warmed. Comparatively elegant and gentle impression. The label is also nice and classical. When considering typical and classical sake, Fushimi and Nada sake cannot be missed. I am from Niigata Prefecture, so I have been fortunate to drink light Niigata sake of stable quality in the ordinary and honjozo classes since my early drinking days, but Niigata sake is different from the classical sake of Fushimi and Nada, and I respect them. Deep-fried and soaked udo (Japanese sea urchin) tomato simmered deep-fried tofu with nameko mushroom and kimuchi

Good evening. I'm concentrating on drinking Hakkaisan and Kizakura right now, but the charm is great, not influenced by my mood! The exact opposite of a shot of Sanin, etc., when I'm into it. It's the all-around Nada Fushimi! I think it's really great, like Hakutsuru-maru!

Good morning, Shinsho 😊. The exact opposite of the one-shot when you get into Sanin and other areas is the all-powerful Nada Fushimi. Yes, it seems to be such a coordinate axis. Standard, royal road, and standard are great, aren't they?

Shotoku Junmai Daiginjo Kyo Purchased at Tomiya in Kyoto Station. It is a Kyoto souvenir. It is brewed with celebratory rice produced in Kyoto. Soft to dry in the mouth. It has a sour taste and is delicious. The accompaniment is dried mackerel with mirinboshi. That's right, it goes well with mackerel.

🐰 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 12 Last week, we had a banquet for our department. My impression after the party. Considering my position and age, I thought "if you get drunk in this department, you will lose" 😆. A guy (woman) who wobbled on her feet after drinking too much, a guy (man) who held her in his arms, a guy (man) who took a picture of her, and a guy and a woman who disappeared together without a second thought, There are so many things to see, I thought it would be a loss if I didn't keep a straight face 😆. Well, I was sick over the weekend and I'm finally back, so I'll have a little more today. I don't have the option of not drinking, or it looks like I don't😅. Obviously it's a winter drink so let's drink it. It has a refreshing taste. It seems to be good for drinking in small doses. Well, I drank this amount in one gulp and that was it...but I recommend it when 1 gou is not enough (240ml). It is a must-have souvenir of Kyoto 🎶.

Good morning, Takku0103 😀. Yes, it's true. If they get a hold of you, it's the end. Moreover, Executive Director 1 (there are 2 Executive Directors) can't drink, so I'm afraid of blundering later 😱.

Good morning, TOMO😄. After that, they met up with a party that was being held at another place. Oh, really? Really? At any rate, it's still 3 people who saw me drinking sake, thank God 😆.

Good morning, Manta 😊. It's good to open a four-pack and drink half of it, but I don't know if I can stand it 🤣I prefer to drink the whole bottle. I think it's good to be on the side of the viewer.

Good morning, Duke Shibuya 😁. The patterns on the bottles change with the seasons 💕. All the relevant people are younger than me. I think it's nice to be young (irresponsible statement)

Kumamoto Off-line Meeting Report (6) Next, we brought our own drinks! Shoutoku Hanaraku Shuku This is the first of a series brought in by a vendor, Mr. Chidorisashi. He brought it as a souvenir from his trip to Kansai. Sake to celebrate my son's success at ㊗️. Thank you 🙏. It has a beautiful aroma, a refreshing taste, and a clean flavor. I think it is suitable for a food sake 😅.... My memory of the taste is getting a little suspect from this point on 🤣. I was also not sure which sake was which because there were so many glasses lined up. I was in a state of "which sake is which" 🤣.

As a souvenir for myself on a small trip to Kyoto. I bought it at a souvenir store in Kyoto station. The nice old lady explained everything to me and told me about it, so I bought it without a second thought. I was also impressed by the phrase "only sold in Kyoto" lol. The taste is very gentle, with a light sweetness that lasts for a long time, followed by a sharp sourness. It is a little different from fruits...something like that. I will take it with care!

Drank with Eddy, Grace, and Jesse at Fushimi Sake Village Notes from Tippsy about this sake: The name translates to “Kyoto, city of flowers,” and sets the tone for this sake. Some flowers are soft with a gentle aroma, and others are bright with bold scents. This particular brew is the latter. It’s malty aroma and amber hue hint to its strong, rich flavor brought forth using the kimoto method. The expertly layered flavor pairs wonderfully with steak or other dishes dripping in richness.
