This is the sake we drank tonight. Sake from Fushimi often has a strong flavor, but this sake has a very gentle taste.
It has a very gentle taste, but that does not mean that it is light in flavor.
As one would expect from a prestigious sake brewer, this is a sake that can be enjoyed without getting bored! You can enjoy this sake without getting tired of it!

Sake purchased in Fushimi. The label says "the spring", so I saved it for a visit to a relative's house later in the GW season.
It has a robust flavor with a hint of sweetness. Perfect with spring vegetables.
I would like to try other seasonal sakes as well!

On my way home from work, I went to a sake festa.
Purchased a set of refreshing summer-inspired sakes to compare.
Everything was delicious, but I especially liked the shortcake.
The yakitori from Torisei and sushi from Daiki Suisan were excellent, and the space full of stores was stylish and comfortable.

Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO ④
We were not able to taste the sake at the Takashimaya event.
Quite refreshing but tasted like muscat 😋.
I also tasted Kizakura, which I already tasted at Takashimaya last year, and Shirayuki, which I already drank at home.
The Kizakura was quite tasty with a strong flavor.
Last year's review said the Kizakura was thin, but I guess I felt it was thicker this time because there were a lot of refreshing beers.
It's a pity that I couldn't drink Yizuisuishin because it wasn't thawed.
