@Sightseeing Train "SAKU Bi SAKU Raku
We will have it on the sightseeing train running between Okayama and Tsuyama.
There is no sales service on the train, but you can buy a nice 100ml bottle of pon-sake at Okayama station for about 100 coins and bring it in.
When I smelled it, I was surprised by its gorgeous aroma, but when I drank it, it did not have the same impact as when I smelled it, and it went down easy. The hint of aroma is not that spectacular either, so I wondered what that aroma was when I smelled it. I'm still puzzled.
Thanks for the drink!
The liquor store I sometimes go to
I was wondering what to buy.
I found a tag "Manager's recommendation" 🏷️
I tried it and bought it!
I met "Sanzen" at a drinking party in the office of my workplace.
I remember it was delicious!
Yamadanishiki 55% polished, 17% alcohol by volume
It's been a long time since I've had a high alcohol ❗️
It is said to be the max of sparkle degree ★★★★★ ☺️
Sake degree: -2
Acidity: 1.8
Amino acidity: 0.9
Yeast: 1801 yeast
When the aluminum cap is twisted tight, the opening sound is silent
When poured into a glass, the top aroma is stunningly fruity❗️
Tropical 🏝️ tropical, pineapple🍍mango🥭honey apple🍎mixed juice🍹.
In the mouth, this is THE sweet delicious juicy 😍.
The slightly gassy acidity is also pleasant.
The taste is perfect for those who love sweet!
This is delicious ‼️
I love you and want to drink more and more, forgetting that the alcohol is 17 degrees
As expected, it has maximum Kirameki!
I'm going to add this to my sweet and juicy brands such as Takachiyo and Sono Kangiku.
Good morning, ymdaz 😃.
I'm very attracted to the tag ! I'm attracted to the tag 🏷️ 😊and the label is really sparkling ✨!
I'm curious about the sparkle degree max!
Sanzen's Yamadanishiki, Junmai Daiginjo is aromatic and has a rich, mellow taste. It has a strong presence. This alone is an enjoyable sake 🍶.
It is easier for me to drink than the same Omachi. Maybe it's because it's Yamada-Nishiki after all.
Wow, there is color
Old sake or Yamahai?
Not much aroma.
It's light, but...
But the alcohol is strong.
This is like shochu.
Oh, it has umami.
Serve with strong snacks
KATO SAKE STORE 1,650 yen
Purchased because of the text on the pop.
I was satisfied with the taste I liked! Not too sweet and not too refreshing, with a nice bitterness and richness.
I am happy to find a drink I like 🍶.
This time it was a Junmai Daiginjo from Omachi by Sanzen.
It had a robust taste and weight.
Not fruity, not spicy, but not sweet either. It is neither light nor unbalanced. It is a straightforward and direct bottle. It is the kind of sake where you can feel the presence of Omachi rice the most.
