The sweetness comes first in the mouth, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy? But it's a bit heavy.

It has a very nice, rich sweetness and a nice schwirling taste, and the aftertaste is refreshing and you can drink more and more of it.
I liked it very much and finished 500ml in no time. I wish I had bought another bottle.
Hana Hato is famous for its Kijo sake. I don't like too much sweet sake, so I wanted something refreshing to drink in the hot summer, so I chose this one 😁.
As the name "dry" suggests, it is a refreshingly light and dry sake suitable for summer! It has a slightly alkaline taste, but the mouthfeel is slightly fruity and the aftertaste is crisp and smooth.
