With the arrival of cold weather starting next week, I opened a bottle of this one that I bought in early summer.
The aroma is mild and melon-like 🍈.
The sweetness and umami come out on the palate, and the acidity tightens up the mouth afterwards, followed by a pleasantly fluffy aftertaste.
I paired it with mushrooms and tempura for dinner and it went well with them, making for a happy dinner. ☺️
