Dry sharp ✨ solid taste.
Food is fun to see new things coming out every now and then 😆 I want to eat all of them😅.
We had it on the 2nd floor and it's a spiral staircase so be careful not to drink too much ⚠️

Here is the third cup of Aji no Fue.
It's a bit spicy and crisp. Dry and crisp. It has a sense of maturity. Mint ☘️ has a solid taste, my wife says it doesn't taste nasty😅Suucculent with ume jellyfish. Yamagata log shiitake mushrooms🍄🟫 are very tasty and deep.

Ajino Fue @ Okachimachi 20241013 hoshiakiFirst time to visit Aji no Fue, a restaurant in the "Yoshiike" chain in Okachimachi, which I have been interested in for a long time.
The system is that you can choose your own snacks from the a la carte menu.
We started with Midorikawa, which is described as "known by those in the know".
Slightly crispy, but also heavy. But it also has weight. The acidity is just right. The natural autumn salmon was a perfect match.
