Aizu Musume" is brewed with "Yamadaho". I have had the "Short-stalked boat" version before, but I think this is the first time I have had "Yamadaho". The aroma is mild. The overall balance is good. It has a moderate sweetness, but the aftertaste is dry. I would like to drink it with fish.

Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Omachi 5280 yen The rainy season has started and it was very cold, so we had a vegetable hot pot for dinner. We opened a bottle of this sake today!
