It's time for this sake again this year. It is still a little early for cherry blossoms, but we opened the bottle. I compared it with the one from a year ago, which I had put to sleep. Both have a gentle sweetness and acidity. As the temperature rises, the acidity comes forward. The last year's sake was softer and more square.

Fukushima sake and Fukushima snacks today! I fell in love with Aizumusume on my trip to Fukushima the year before last. It's rich and juicy with a pear-like texture, and the rice is packed with flavor. Junmai Aizumusume is delicious, but this is even better. I can't stop drinking it.

A bottle of sake bought as a souvenir on a business trip to Aizu from a person to whom I gave sake as a gift: ❗️ Sake is a wonderful world where you give sake as a gift and you get sake back as a gift 😁And it seems that it's a kind of sake that is not widely distributed here ‼️🍶 Let's start with the aroma! I don't know what it is, but it's very fruity‼️I've smelled something very fruity‼️my wife said it's fruity‼️ too! But I can't describe it either. Well, let's have a sip‼️ You are a melon. ‼️🍈 The first attack has a sweet melon-like mouthfeel, followed by a crisp bitterness, but not unpleasant. The umami is felt on the tongue gradually at the end and is very well balanced. It was one of those bottles that you finish and feel the deliciousness that makes you want to drink it again right away! This is a guy I would buy again as soon as I find it: ‼️
