This is also a first for me!
I took the liberty of mentioning that it was from Fukushima, and my expectations were skyrocketing!
It was recommended by the waitress, and I really appreciated it! It was delicious!
Nice fruitiness and firm flavor.
When drunk cold, the umami and spiciness diffuse into the mouth at once. When warmed up, the umami and just the right amount of sweetness will make you happy. In summer, I like to drink it heated in a cool room.
I don't take pictures at dinners, but it's been a while since I've had a drink with friends, so I snapped a few. I was told it tasted like melon, but I couldn't tell. It's a well-balanced sake, neither sharp nor smooth. It doesn't get stuck on the tongue, so it's a stable drink.
Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho from Aizu Musume. Subdued aroma like white grapes. The sweetness and acidity are also fruity, like grapes, and the aftertaste is long and enjoyable. I had the impression that Aizu Musume was rather robust, so this fruitiness was a bit unexpected.
Aizumusume mellow junmai sake Ichikatsu 1800ml.
It has a mellow aroma and a hint of sweetness.
It has a mellow aroma and a hint of sweetness.
It has a mellow aroma and a hint of sweetness like nama-zake, and has a refreshing taste without any sake-like sensation.
This sake is really delicious. ❤️
It is really delicious. ❤️
I'm sure to repeat this bottle every year☻
Aizu Musume "Jo" series. This is the second sake in this year's series!
The theme of this series is "Junmai Ginjo-shu made from rice harvested from a single rice paddy.
This one has a powerful flavor. It has a strong umami flavor!
Good balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency. It is crisp, clean and dry.
I wonder if anyone wants to have a "Jo" drinking comparison party.
The aroma is soft and fluffy with a hint of honey-like sweetness. In the mouth, it is juicy with sweetness and umami spreading! The lingering aftertaste is not too long and has a nice sharpness with a touch of astringency.
I would like to drink this sake again!
