Refreshing and juicy sake
Deliciously sweet with little acidity.
Not so sharp at the end, but it disappears quickly.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
You can drink it without disturbing your meal.
I heard that it is also good lukewarm, so I want to try it when I have some left over!
Elegant melting snow
Lightly cloudy. Aroma of citrus and alcohol. It has a sense of transparency and elegant sweetness, and is smooth and crisp with a sense of mellowness and alcohol.
Like the cloudy Tobiroki that I recently had, it is an excellent sake with a clear, alcohol-like taste without unpleasantness.
Pair it with seared yellowtail. A perfect pairing. The aroma of the seared yellowtail and the mellowness of the nigari complement each other.
