Purchased at Imanaya. Aizu Musume from the first brewery. I had a hard time deciding which rice field to choose from the Jo series, so I chose this one.
First of all, the top aroma is melon, and the hints are nutty, which is my favorite type of soft sake with great umami. The bitterness also comes in later, so it is delicious to be immersed in the aftertaste. I can only taste a little sweetness and the acidity is weak.
Hello, studying 😃.
Congratulations on your first Aizu Musume 🎉㊗️
We only drink outside, so this is one I'd like to drink at home 😋Hontou Fukushima sake 🍶 is so good 😌.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😃I hope the water in Fukushima (especially Aizuwakamatsu?) matches your body. I wonder if the water from Fukushima (especially Aizuwakamatsu?) matches your body. I feel like the rice is soft and well adapted to it 😁 the flavor is wonderful 😋.
The next day passed in a daze after a big feast of fun 🤣.
So, in an attempt to get back to a more relaxed mood, we chose a sake called Haguro 7 from the Jo series by Aizumusume 😀 .
The previous sake we had from the Jo series was a bit dry for our family, but the one we had this day was more umami-guchi with a bit of fruitiness 😀.
I heard that each sake in the Jo series is made with rice from a single rice field, but I don't know if the difference in taste is due to the difference in rice fields or because we are getting used to dry sake a little bit more 😅.
The end of August is...

One of my favorite breweries
End of August
I was torn between Hirotogawa and Aizu Musume 😊.
At the kickoff meeting
I offered sake 🍶 so I got the rest of the meat
I got the rest of the meat🥩: 🙇🏻♂️
However, there were also 3 oysters 🤣🦪.
Yummy Miyagi 🦪✨✨!
Tastes good, this is good enough, but I had a Junmai Ginjo first (laughs).
It would be good if it were easy to tell the difference in grade.
It adds to the enjoyment of comparing different grades, doesn't it?
And to close out the day, "Aizu Musume".
When the bottle was opened, the aroma was slightly gentle, like bananas or freshly cooked rice.
The mouthfeel is moist and gentle. The sweet umami of the rice is relaxed, and the classic dry, acidic, and astringent taste leads to a crisp finish.
It has the ability to softly integrate these flavors, making it a delicious wine that is easy to drink!
After this, I went to bed and continued on with my day 💤.
