While the cherry blossoms are still in bloom in Aizu this year, I enjoy a lightly cloudy sake with a gentle flavor. The mouth is filled with a slight aroma of cherry blossoms. It is a wonderful spring sake.

This time we received Aizu Musume's Return to Oblivion!
The first day after opening it, it was delicious 😆.

I was sorting through my photos and found the ones I drank in January, so I'll try to write about them based on memories I've almost lost.
At the time, Yukigasumi no Sato was the talk of the town in the Tohoku area. It seems that the way it was treated like this is hot right now tickled my husband's inquisitive mind, and it appeared in our house.
This new sake from Aizu Musume was quite fresh. The aroma of rice came with a hint of bitterness and a sharp aftertaste. Rather than being fruity, it was more like the sweetness and aroma of rice spreading in the mouth from start to finish. This is also delicious 😋.
I think I liked the taste 🩷.
My first Aizu Musume, I had a good impression of it: ❣️
