This time it is Aizu Musume no Mutenshin. I had secretly wanted to drink Aizu Musume at home and finally obtained it. Mutenshin is made from "Gohyakumangoku," organically grown rice in Aizu. It is served at room temperature. The color is a pale yellow. The nose has a refreshingly grassy, blue banana and milk caramel flavor. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor of rice flows richly with the fresh aroma of blue bananas and the milky richness of caramel. It finishes with a moderate bitterness with a slight lingering banana-scented umami. I really like it because it has both a natural, gentle umami and a clean, clean taste. When heated, the powdery part of the rice flavor increases in fluffiness, which is also 👍. It's delicious 😋. I was instantly captivated by the Aizu no Musume 💕.

Kansai Sake-no-wa Mini Off-line Meeting (1) Under the leadership of Mr. Uma Uma Uma Mr. Rafapapa Mr. Kyuzo Mr. Kan Mr. Masha Mr. Salmon Run Mr. pyonpyon Mr. Maru Ms. Robin 10 of us will hold the event at Grain Rain 🎉. The train I was on was late, but thanks to Kyuzo's presence, I made it in time for the first drink! The first half of the party was Aizu Musume! It went well with the dishes soaked in dashi (Japanese soup stock)! The lunch course was unusually elegant, starting with amazake (sweet sake), followed by colorful dishes in a box! We were elegant at first, but... But gradually, we couldn't keep up with the sake... Please leave the bottle as it is and we will pour it in! Eventually, it became too much trouble to transfer the sake from the bottle to the cup 🤣. To be continued
