I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025.
This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗.
It is the one with the white label.
It is sweet and sour but with a moderate acidity 😚.
It is slightly carbonated 🫧.
The ginjo aroma is very satisfying on the nose 😋.

The carbonation was a bit like a raw sake 🫧 it's an event only version so you may or may not get to see it on shabbat 🤗...
