I knew it would be fun to ask the liquor store for a recommendation and learn a lot of things I didn't know.
The taste is fruity, soft, deep, sweet, and easy to drink without any snacks! Delicious!
Goes great with broccoli and veggies!

This was probably the first time I have had Shimane sake. It had a fizzy, sweet fruity aroma like strawberry syrup or pineapple, with a strong sweet, sour, and umami flavor. It also had a bitter aftertaste and was delicious with a complex flavor.
Refreshing and gorgeous - just the right amount of sweetness for my taste.
This is my first time to know Yoshida Sake Brewery. I'd like to try their other sakes ^ ^.
I'm also curious about the origin of the sake's name - is it a person's name?
