This is my first time to know Yoshida Sake Brewery. I'd like to try their other sakes ^ ^.

The recent trend of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is delicious regardless of the brand.
It is delicious. Even my coworker, who never drinks sake, said it was good after just one sip!
Firm and gorgeous ginjo aroma. Chili cider sweetness on the palate. It quickly fades to a soft graininess, and then finishes with bitterness and acidity. It is firmly sweet but refreshing. It is delicious.
