I had received this brand at a bar before and really wanted to repeat it. I had not seen it at all, but finally I was able to get it at Ueno. It was just as refreshing and delicious as I remembered. It is very well balanced and has a nice sweetness and umami.
I was very pleased with the taste.
All you can drink for 2 hours ⏰ Dangerous 😁Drinking outside
Pretty sake friend 😄 recommended!
First time drinking 🍶.
This one
I liked it so much 😍😍😍😍.
The next day, I found it at Ikebukuro Tobu 👀 and brought it home!
I brought it home!
I remember the first time I drank the Toyo incense I bought in Nagano last month
I remembered the pleasant shock ‼️ 🥰.
The sweetness of the rich apple honey, from the
fresh sharp loop ♾️😁
I see it's the same brewery as Gassan!
It seems to be a limited edition sake! Thanks for the encounter!
At Sake-na-ke Ikebukuro, where Mr. Nozaki of Nozaki Sake Shop is from
This time I uploaded it after a long time because the recommendation and explanation by a female staff member named Ms. Ino was excellent.
The liquor store was the first choice and we purchased it.
The aroma is sour and slightly alcoholic, not quite fruity, but a little grape-like.
When you drink it, you can feel the shuffle of the orikara, and the sweetness of grapes comes. However, the sweetness disappears before going deep into the mouth.
It is a dangerous sake because it has a good sharpness and the sweetness does not linger on the palate, so the next cup goes down the drain.
After a few days, it still has the characteristic slow, deep sweetness, but there is still a fizzy feeling, and it finishes crisp and clean.
The slow sweetness and refreshing finish made it delicious both on its own and during a meal.
It is delicious. Just by looking at the name "Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake", you can imagine the taste. As you can see, it was a delicious sake. It is fruity, gassy, sharp, and has a refreshing aftertaste. It is a stylish sake!
Tomonori for the second time.
The aroma is honey-like sweetness. It's like a combination of floral and fruity.
The slightly effervescent mouthfeel has a dark, delicious mouthfeel with melon and banana flavors, with a bitter accent from the middle to the end of the bottle. The finish is not long, but has a slightly spicy aroma that is pleasant on the nose.
It is simply delicious and to my liking. On the other hand, it has a big impact like a distilled spirit, so taste it by itself and relax 😌.
A very limited edition sake from Yoshida Shuzo, the brewer of Shimane Prefecture's famous sake "Gassan"!
The brand "Tomonori" is inscribed with the name of the brewer, Mr. Tomonori Yoshida.
This sake is sold only at a limited number of stores.
Using "Sakonishiki," Shimane Prefecture's original sake rice, this sake has a balance of refreshing acidity and umami that skillfully draws out the characteristics of the rice, and a rich fruitiness that is typical of Yoshida Sake Brewery and the freshness that can be felt only from directly pumped sake.
In addition, only the middle portion, which is the middle of the squeezing process, is bottled, making this a luxurious bottle.
