A very limited edition sake from Yoshida Shuzo, the brewer of Shimane Prefecture's famous sake "Gassan"!
The brand "Tomonori" is inscribed with the name of the brewer, Mr. Tomonori Yoshida.
This sake is sold only at a limited number of stores.
Using "Sakonishiki," Shimane Prefecture's original sake rice, this sake has a balance of refreshing acidity and umami that skillfully draws out the characteristics of the rice, and a rich fruitiness that is typical of Yoshida Sake Brewery and the freshness that can be felt only from directly pumped sake.
In addition, only the middle portion, which is the middle of the squeezing process, is bottled, making this a luxurious bottle.
Kumamoto Off-line Meeting Report 8
We are approaching the middle stage of the meeting, but we are still drinking.
The next three drinks were brought by the manager from the menu.
The first one is
Tsukiyama Tomonori Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Orikagarami Nama
This was indeed delicious 🥰.
The impression is clean because it is a Nakadori, but it has a strong umami flavor and is very drinkable. It has a freshness to it and is not too heavy, so it goes into your body easily.
I would love to drink this at home 😍.
Mellow sweet with a full-bodied flavor derived from the origami.
I was surprised at how easy it was to drink as I had imagined it to be more classical in taste.
I thought the aroma was the usual "well, it smells sweet" and took a sip: 。。。。。 Not so strong sweetness, but sweet. Thin tasting melon? Sweetness like a melon. There is no bitterness in the aftertaste, and the sweetness is refreshing. It is not the sweetness of Kameizumi or Kahanayo, nor is it Abeya Murayu.
The conclusion is that it is very tasty! It is so easy to drink that you will want another glass! I will buy this again next year!

Tomonori Junmai Ginjo is from Gassan brewery, Yoshida Shuzo in Shimane. It seems to be the name of the president.
As you can imagine from the tag, it has a rich flavor. The bitterness, sweetness, and umami all assert themselves, but they are well balanced.
It was delicious with Japanese food.
Beer → Tomonori → Kasen → Enayama → Kawazuru → Kuheiji light nigori
Hello Duke Shibuya 😃
I've never heard of this brand, but it's a sister brand of Gassan. ❗️
I would like to try it!
I'm glad to hear that you finished with Kuheiji light nigori.

Good morning, Chichi! It was a sister brand of Gassan. Don't tell anyone, but I think it tastes better than Gassan 😏.
Enjoy your night in Hakata until next week 😁.
@Mise-nomi
I drank it while thinking of Gassan, so I was surprised at the umami and the strength of the flavor. It's so good!
It is better on its own than with food.
I'm a kind of person with a stupid tongue, but I think you should use coarse salt or something to match it.
I will buy it again next year.
