Business trip to Yamanashi
Today is the first day of work and I started my business trip from my office in Ishikawa to Yamanashi, driving 480km in 6 hours🚗³₃. 😵💫The first drink after returning to Leopa, Yamanashi, was Spring Ying Zhuan, which I bought last year when I visited Manya Brewery😋.
The aroma is almost zero 🤔It's more light and dry, but it has a beautiful umami flavor and a nice smooth finish 😚👍This is a delicious sake that will soak into your tired body after a long day of driving 😊.
The fourth one is Beaver🦫 mushroom butter🍄🧈 flavor🤩 which I bought at a supermarket in Ishikawa🦫 It is like a little butter flavor added to regular Beaver🦫. There are more and more different beaver🦫 coming out😇.

We had a bottle of Haruyingtsuyu, which we purchased at Manya Brewery where we visited last weekend 😋They recommended the most basic sake at the brewery 😀 It seems to be featured in the 80th volume of "Meshinbo" 🤔.
The bottle opens with a nice mellow aroma 😊.
The mouthfeel is soft and full 😚This is a delicious guy who can also taste the flavor 😘The aftertaste is crisp and it's a food sake that you won't get tired of drinking 🥰.
The fourth one is the ramen noodles from Shimizu in Apa 😙The light and fresh dried ramen was a beautiful soup that gently soaked into my stomach after drinking 😍.
