It is a little fruity and tastes great cold! I think it is my favorite of the four.
I like it the best out of the four 👍.

The last bottle I bought on my trip to Kofu.
Chilled first. It's dry with a delicious flavor. It should be delicious warmed up.
So today I drank it hot.
The aroma is very nice and tangy on the tongue. The umami flavor is also enhanced. Delicious 😋.

Tonight's sake is for first-time sake drinkers. With an alcohol content of 11%, the sake tasted refreshing and easy to drink. We compared it to the same sake, Shinshu Shiboritate, and found the umami of the Haruyingtsu Junmai to be more clear and refreshing.

60% polished "Tamakae" rice produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.
It won the gold medal in the heated sake contest and is recommended to be served at room temperature to warmed.
The aroma is gentle but sparkling, elegant and sweet like Japanese sweets. We also detected a hint of "azuki" flavor, which is not too sweet.
In the mouth, the fine sweetness of Wasanbon with a slight viscosity and a hint of lactic acidity. There was also a slight banana feeling.
As it was swallowed, the sweetness subsided and the acidity spread, and bitterness gradually appeared, bringing the whole thing together and bringing it to a sharp finish.
The lingering taste is pleasantly sweet and pungent acidity, followed by a citrus sensation covered with syrup.
It is delicious!
