somewhat dry (taste)
Aroma of rice, thick attack. Slightly dry taste. It is easy to drink and has a good sharpness.
At Izu-no-Hana, Higashi Izu.
The name is surprising, but the brewer must be a graduate of Tokyo University of Agriculture. It has a nice flavor without any peculiarities.
Since it's Sake Day and I am in Shizuoka, I will be enjoying a glass of local sake and a magazine I found on 711 🍶.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I could smell the mellow aroma of rice.
The Isojiman of yesterday was elegant, but this one has the strength of a sake.
The mouthfeel is also very thumping, but it is surprisingly mellow and you can feel the plump sweetness of the rice.
It gradually turns dry and tangy, and despite its aroma and mouthfeel, it has a smooth and crisp taste!
The impression is that there is a strong sense of ups and downs 👍.
After drinking highballs and other drinks at Machinaka, it is also nice to drink sake from a cup at a hotel 😌.
2038 Honorific Fuji Polishing ratio 55
No information at all😇Luxurious sake brewed with rice grown in the company's own fields and spring water from Mt.
It is light, but has a sweetness and ginjo aroma. It is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. In a word, it is a modern sake. Delicious!
Fuji-Nishiki 3rd set, Junmai.
Compared to the earlier mellow and rich, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
I don't feel the rice flavor as much.
However, the 3-piece set is fun to compare.
Souvenirs from a visit to Izu-Atugawa.
Purchased a three-piece Fuji-Nishiki set at the station. Among junmai, daiginjo, and shiboritate sake, I started with this shiboritate sake.
It is mellow, rich, thick, and has a high alcohol content.
This is sake.
I had Junmai Ginjo at room temperature. It is very smooth to drink and has a refreshing aftertaste. I think it is an excellent product that can be drunk endlessly if it is served cold.
By the way, I heard that Miyamanishiki is used as the raw material. I still don't know the difference between the rice used to make it. I would like to learn more about it.
It was my first Shizuoka sake, and I had a hard time deciding which one to try, but I was drawn to "Omachi" and decided on this one. It has a full-bodied flavor. Delicious!
