I bought this when I visited Shizuoka.
It has a refreshing taste. The alcohol flavor is a little strong. The sharpness is good. However, the sweetness and umami are a little weak.
It would be better warmed up to lukewarm.
It will be cooler soon, so let's match it with sashimi.
P.S.
It tastes better at room temperature than lukewarm. I wonder if hiya is better for connoisseurs.
