Overall 9 (out of 10)
Spicy 2 (-5 to 5: minus is fruity)

Good blend of fruity and rice miscellaneous flavors.
The lingering taste is slightly pungent and lingers in the throat 🍶.
Mature taste
When I went to Kanazawa in February, I bought it along with "Kurobiki" and returned home. It is not as heavy as Tengumai, but has a light acidity and crispness that makes it easy to drink. Today, I enjoyed drinking it with bamboo shoots and scallops grilled with salt 🍶😄.
Today I bought another series 🍶🤤 from a local liquor store.
This is my first time to buy this series, but somehow I bought a packet 🤩.
Very similar to yesterday's Hirotogawa🤔.
Rice? I think this one has a stronger mellow flavor.
I think this one has less alcohol.
This is also an inexcusable series that runs out quickly 🙃.
I recommend it!

Thoughts・・・This sake is a little hard to find. I like it.
Comments・・・How do you like it?
This was purchased during a recent trip to Kanazawa.
It is a brand that left a strong impression on me when I drank it at Izakaya "Dane" (Japanese-style bar).
Like Kagatobi, it is dry but not too refreshing, which goes well with seafood.
I love Ishikawa Prefecture!
I'll have a glass with sushi tonight 🍶.

Drink and Support Ishikawa Prefecture" on the neck POP
I bought it because I wasn't looking for anything in particular.
It is well-balanced and can be warmed up, but I think it tastes better lukewarm.
3-3 is Gorin from Ishikawa Prefecture. It has been a long time since I have had this restaurant. The previous post was also from this restaurant. It was delicious, spicy, and refreshing. We ended the evening with another glass of Saku. We drank a lot.
At a pop-up at Kanazawa's sushi restaurant, "Winner". Surprisingly tasty junmai sake. Perfect with homemade pickled firefly squid as a snack.
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 15.5
Santenigo! 🍶Gorin
Outside pairing! Thank you so much for the gift!
If you like sake, here you go, too...Karasumi pairing!
Mimurogisan's sake brewery!
This is Junmai! It certainly has a spiciness that comes in spicy at the end!
It's sweet even after the sake, though! The clarity is still different! Interesting! After the first two, there is a hint of red rice! It's not that persistent though! The rice is still beautiful!
