23rd bottle for home drinking in 2024🍶.
Gorin Junmai Sake (Namaishu) from Kurumada Shuzo in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has a refreshing taste, but not too light and drinkable. It was delicious 🤤.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby.
I quit drinking, but I took a lot of pictures when I went to a yakitori restaurant and had a drink once in a while. I'm sorry I'm ruining it by taking it all at once.
Hi ma-ki-, it's been a while 😁.
I'm glad to hear you're doing well ✨
I see you had a lot of good sake at the Yakitori restaurant 😋.
Please let me know what you drank again 😊.
Thank you for your comment, Gyve. And long time no see😊.
I quit drinking but what the heck, I was still drinking every once in a while 😁.
I'll be sure to visit your post again Gyve 🍶.
ma-ki - it's been a while! Thanks for posting 😆💦.
And I'm relieved to know you're drinking at your favorite yakitori restaurant 😁 even for the record 👍I'm glad you're taking it easy and coming out 😊.
Thanks for your comment, Pon. And it's been a while 😊.
I thought I quit drinking, but I wanted to go to a yakitori restaurant, so I accumulated a lot of photos without realizing it 😁.
Thank you for always taking care of me.
While it is refreshing and slightly dry, it also has a calm, dried persimmon-like flavor that makes it easy to pair with Japanese food in general. Delicious!
Sake with a fragrant aroma. It has a rich ginjo aroma. The flavor is fruity and gorgeous, as is typical of nama-shu, and the umami spreads rapidly. It leaves a rich aftertaste. Happiness.
