The sweetness is rather mild, with a hint of orange? Then, the sourness starts to stand out and it is refreshing!

It's true, I highly recommend it for sake beginners! If the people around here are not good at it, they might drink it instead of chasers lol.

The young brewers of Hachisen have come up with a concept for this series, which they are challenging themselves to create. This sake was created under the theme of "sake to be drunk with the family.
It is fruity, sweet and sour, and has a light, refreshing taste. The alcohol content is only 7 degrees, making it easy to drink. The cute label is also a nice touch.
The top aroma is faintly sweet peachy aroma, smooth mouthfeel, slightly sour sweetness, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness of honeyed apples comes to the fore, and the moment it is swallowed, the sweetness disappears quickly, and the alcohol and bitterness make it finish with a sharp taste. It may be one of the top three Mutsu Hachisen! Delicious!
Isaribi (fishing fire) is said to be the fire that fishing boats build to gather fish at night.
This sake is said to go well with squid and mackerel.
 The sake should be warmed up, and the snacks should be seared...
I like the kanji characters on the label better than the alphabet.
