If you drink it indoors in an air-conditioned room, it is just ordinary nigori sake.

I tried Mutsu Hachisen again because I had enjoyed it before and a YouTuber had introduced it as a delicious summer sake.
The liquid level rose every time I loosened the cork, so I opened and closed the bottle repeatedly for 5 minutes or more before I managed to open it.
It bubbled up well, and I could feel the active nigori (nigori sake).
I expected it to be sweeter than doburoku, but it had a crisp taste with less sweetness, just like a summer sake.
Alcohol content 13%.
