A simple junmai sake with a refreshing aroma and a slightly tingling texture.
I took a half day off and had a drink at Tsukiji, 4th drink~♪
At "Tsukiji Kaku-uchi Tabitebako".
Mutsu Hachisen Junmai Ginjo Orange Label Hiyaoroshi
The aroma is clean and clear.
The mouthfeel is sweet.
The middle taste is sour and umami.
The aftertaste is spicy.
It went very well with chicken tsukune skewers.
It is fire-aged. It is not labeled hiyaoroshi, but when I looked it up, I found that it is hiyaoroshi. I guess I didn't study hard enough.
It tastes like melon, but maybe with more acidity. It has a sweet aroma and is slightly sweet. It was delicious!
