Manufactured in January 2017. Sake that has been well controlled and matured in a liquor store's refrigerator. Superb value at 770 yen for 720 ml due to inventory clearance. The condition is perfectly sound with no problems at all. It is rather full of umami. It has a great balance of aroma, sweetness, umami, and acidity.
Drank up last year and asked for the next one.
When asked if he had drunk this one too, he said no, not yet!
Mutsu Hatsusen, which I used to be able to find at Fukurokuju, Noe, San, Ami, and other places.
Recently, I rarely travel to Aomori, and Ami is closed!
But I can drink consistently at the remaining two restaurants!
I'm very happy about that!
My check-in No. 4 brand!
They left this one for me, too!
Fresh orizumi
Crisp and delicious 😋.
Thank you very much 😊

The mouthfeel is a little tight and shwashy. It is rich, sweet, bitter and fruity. The aftertaste is clean but with a hint of astringency. Delicious.
Green apple acid. Muscat. Umami bitterness, alcohol-derived astringency. Sweetness is also felt, but the acidity is so strong that it goes away pleasantly.
Lingering, subtle bitterness.
The entrée is deep-fried Gombo with sweet and spicy sauce and North Carolina-like Iburi Goko cheese.
Today is another day for a bit of drinking. I enter a restaurant I first came to last month. I see Hakusen in the fridge and order it immediately. It has a sweet, fruity aroma and finishes with a light bitterness. My favorite pattern. This one drink heals me.
