Alcohol content: 15%.
This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki, which is a non-polished rice.
The price is lower because of this.
It has been cold all of a sudden this past week, and the daikon radishes in our vegetable garden have grown large.
I thought it would be a good match for oden.
Maybe I should have tried it lukewarm 🍶.
