Manrei Special Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15%.
For some reason, a liquor store in my neighborhood sells Karatsu sake.
It was recommended by the clerk. Please be careful to open the bottle! And.
I opened the bottle in a bowl. Pukupuku white cloud, yes close it! This process is like a ritual for me lately 😅.
It looks like an adult calpis soda 🥤 but it's rather dry and not sweet.
I checked and it seems that it is watered down to make it easier to drink. I'd love to try the original 😄
Amto Liquor Store Tasting and Sales Event ⑨
A pitch-black drink that I was quite interested in, with a few spirit-based drinks in between along the way.
Manrei no Mirinko Nama
This is a special mirin made by the Manrei brewery for drinking. Moreover, it is an eight-year-aged one. I was so excited when I took a sip of it. It has a very concentrated honey and caramel sweet flavor. It is easy to drink when it is heated up, and it seems to be good for your throat when you have a cold. It tastes like the sauce of mitarashi dumplings, and I thought it would be really good if I poured it over vanilla.
Spirits with sansho made me "stink" 🤣.

Mirin developed for drinking 😳
Mirin but it's a raw sake 😳
Mirin is unfiltered raw raw sake 😅.
It was made in 2018, so it's quite matured type.
It has a rich taste. It has a thick sweet taste like mitarashi dumplings.
It tastes better when heated 😋.
Hello bouken 🐦!
Manrei, you make so many different kinds of mirin 😳 Raw sake mirin, eh 😳😳And it tastes good warmed up, doesn't it? I'm too curious 😆.
Mirinko is the only one I can relax with 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan.
Nemuchi-san reacted so much to this 🫶😁.
It was something like Tamagawa's Time Machine with thick honey 🤔.
It's a kinky drink but it's got a cute name 🤣.
Today is the age of Nyan, and I have high expectations for the cute labels.
The label embodies the brewer's brewing style!
The label embodies the brewer's brewing style!
Now, let's drink!
Wow, pineapple aroma and soft taste!
Sake spirit is low (14°), sweet, and easy to drink!
Drinking more and more, oh, I'm getting drunk.
A bottle that can be drunk peacefully,
Please try it.

Today we have a nigori (nigori) draft sake from Manrei!
First of all, when you open the bottle, it overflows like a flood (like when you shake a Coke too much)!
The fizzy feeling is irresistible! ⭐️

Shu when opened
Almost no gas
Slightly sweet sake mingled with banana-like top notes.
The same fluffy aroma as on the top, full rice flavor and sweetness spreads with crisp acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, and finishes with a little bitterness and alcohol spiciness.
The sweetness and the umami of the rice give a strong and solid impression, but the crispness in the latter half of the bottle keeps it from feeling heavy, so it goes well with a meal or on its own.
It goes well with Madachi ponzu, sauteed butter with lemon, garlic shrimp, and grilled sardines.
Back Version Super Dry
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Aichi
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Sake degree: +9
Alcohol content: 15
Just the right amount of dryness
The aroma is also wonderful!
