CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

The sake was made by aging sake for 238 days in wine barrels that were used to age Merlot at Shinshu Takayama Winery (Nagano Prefecture). It was an easy to drink sake with a sweet and light flavor. I opened it right away. 2530 yen.

Purchased at a liquor store in Kasuga City Drink cold Slightly yellow in color It has a sweet ripe aroma with a hint of banana. The palate is firm and full-bodied. The aftertaste is quite short and sharp. When warmed, it tastes pale and not so good. Heat it up. The sharpness increases and the taste becomes sharper. It tastes better than cold sake.

At a souvenir shop in Hiroshima Station, I found and purchased a bottle of locally brewed sake from the town of Yasuura in Kure City. I took a sip of the chilled sake, which I imagined to be a local sake of the same city, and found it to be much more robust than I expected! I was told that it can be served cold, room temperature, or hot, but I have the impression that it would go well with hot sake, so next time I will try it hot 🎵. Thank you for the food 😋!
