Shirakoh from Yasura.
Although it is labeled "super dry," it was surprisingly round and mild, with a dryness that came on quickly in the latter half of the bottle.
It is definitely to be paired with assertive fish dishes.
It can also be drunk like a white wine.

Powerful with strength and sharpness.
A group of friends and I had an explosive drinking contest at a Hiroshima teppanyaki restaurant!
My impression is impression because it is a little bit at a time.
Not so much aroma.
Watery texture?
Alcoholic feeling goes through the nose.
After that, the umami and body of the rice comes through.
A simple food sake.
