Shirakoh Special Junmai Sake
The aroma is subdued but smells of rice flavor.
There is a greenish, fruity smell in the back.
The taste is also fresh and fruity, followed by a bitter taste.
The aftertaste is long and pleasant.
Shirakoh Dry 4-step brewing Nama-Shu
The aroma is soft and sweet.
It smells like amazake, a mixture of banana and amazake.
The taste is crisp and dry, followed by a gentle sweetness.
The taste is crisp and spicy, followed by a gentle sweetness, and ends with the sweetness.
It is very easy to drink and delicious.
The color is very typical of old sake, but the taste is not that heavy.
The aftertaste, in particular, is surprisingly refreshing, and although I don't like the heaviness of old sake, I can drink this one!
The combination of the oaky whiskey-like taste, the mellow wine-like aftertaste, and the sweetness of the sake, makes for a very satisfying experience!

It was a mouth opening.
When the part-timer was struggling to open the bottle and was gurgling, he did a sophisticated "Ponk ❗️" like a teacher at Kurata Shoten, and he was a little upset. It was like a magic show 🤣.
Now, as for the sake 🍶,
It is a lime 🍋🟩 type of refreshing and sweet.
It is very aggressive for Hiroshima. It is certainly a dry sake...maybe.
It is said to be a "dry four-step brewing". I don't know what it means, but I guess it is very dry.
Nice dry 👍
Hi Hiro 😃
I can't believe you can produce that sophisticated "Pon ‼️" unconsciously 😳 That byte you have a bright future 🤗I have a feeling we'll hear it soon 😁.
And the dry 4-dan preparation ‼️
I bet it's awesome!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
Byte, as a promising newcomer, I'd like you to apprentice yourself to Sensei and get some pon training 😆.
I've never heard of any other sake that is dry with a four-step brewing process, so I'm sure it's a sake that does quite well 🙄.

full-bodied, spicy and delicious
Sweet aroma, a little foam attack. The taste is full-bodied, spicy and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a lingering aftertaste.
The flavor is enhanced when paired with the accompanying bonito strips 🤣.
