Aged sake from Hakuhong.
Aged for 9 years, is it an old sake?
It has a strong rice flavor, but the aroma is weak.
But the mellowness is great.
It is very mellow.
It is a delicious sake.
Second appearance.
It is crisp and super dry.
It is a strange sake with a gentle sweetness and a refreshing acidity that blend well together.
But it is delicious.
It has a fresh white grape aroma, but it is somewhat subdued. The gasiness is strong, and while it has a light mouthfeel typical of low-alcoholic wines, it also has acidity and umami, giving it a rounded impression. Compared to the popular low-alcoholic beverages, the sweetness is moderate and a little off.
As you drink it over time, the temperature of the sake rises, and the milky flavor becomes thicker as the ori (ori) gets involved, making it a sake that can be drunk slowly and leisurely, just as the name implies.

May's installment of the Sake Sho Yamada hanpukai.
There are few Hiroshima sake types with a strong sense of gas, but I was told that this is the kind of sake quality they were aiming for.
Sweet and sour like white wine.
Sweet in taste.
It is very pleasant on the palate.
The addition of amazake is said to make it a four-step brewing process.
It can be served cold or warmed.
There is gas pressure when the bottle is opened.

A regular junmai that left a good impression at the tasting where the brewer was present. The impression I had in Hiroshima that this was for heated sake was dispelled with one sip. It had a fruity cemedine-like aroma with a carbonation sensation on the palate, a dry taste with more richness and bitterness than sweetness, and a crisp, clean taste. I was disappointed to find that after I bought the sake, I was guiding other people to try the heated sake. I wanted to try the heated sake that the brewer serves... The hot sake has a refreshing taste, while the lukewarm sake has a fuller acidity and flavor.
