CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

The spoils of my spring trip to Hiroshima. We drank up in Saijo, the first of the three major sake breweries. It is a robust sake and delicious! It has a slight aftertaste, and I have a selfish image of sake from the west!
