Hiroshima since school trip ‼️
We entered a little earlier than the evening and went to a standing bar.
We ordered three kinds of sake (the middle one), and the first one was this sake!
I didn't even know its name, but it was sweet, fruity and delicious. ‼️

This was my first time drinking this brewery due to inexpensive acquisition, but it was very tasty!
I'd love to drink it again if I come across it 😋.
I had finished drinking it, so for the record ✍🏻📋⋆

2nd case
Junmai sake with amazake added before pressing to keep the yeast alive.
Fresh flavor with a gassy feel.
Not the typical dry finish, but an elegant sweetness.
Nice to drink on its own...
Shirakoh Shihanko 4-step Junmai Sake 😆🎵🎵
We had a BBQ with my co-workers 😊.
Enjoyed it with some of my co-workers 🎵🎵
It has a gaseous taste and the sweetness of the rice is very delicious 😆🎵🎵There is a bitter taste at the end and it finishes clean and crisp 🎵🎵.
Today it has a noro noro and forever.... It is effervescent, but feels light and smooth on the throat. It goes down smoothly, so I don't feel like I'm slurping it down. I've had it with fish, but it seems to go with everything 😅.
The aroma and flavor of red wine spreads in the mouth. However, it is still sake. The color is a pale red, and I am sure you will enjoy the color if you drink it in a wine glass.
This sake was aged in the red wine barrels used at the Takahata Winery. Sake and wine...it's a strange combination, but I felt it was in harmony.

The brewer came to the tasting. It has a fresh mouthfeel with a slight carbonation. The impression of heated sake I had in Hiroshima was dispelled. According to the brewer, it is a sweet and spicy sake. It has a melon-like flavor, with a rich sweet and sourness that spreads out, but has a nice sharpness. We bought a bottle of regular junmai for home use.
