CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

The sake was made by aging sake for 238 days in wine barrels that were used to age Merlot at Shinshu Takayama Winery (Nagano Prefecture). It was an easy to drink sake with a sweet and light flavor. I opened it right away. 2530 yen.

5/10 Shirakoh from Yasura. Although it is labeled "super dry," it was surprisingly round and mild, with a dryness that came on quickly in the latter half of the bottle. It is definitely to be paired with assertive fish dishes. It can also be drunk like a white wine.
