In the mouth, it is very soft. First, sweetness. Then the sweetness asserts itself. The bitterness and pungency are almost imperceptible. It is like sugar water with alcohol. It has a very good mouthfeel, but it is not sharp and not to my taste.
I got my first wine yeast brewed Junmai 🍷 (I always wanted a white wine emoji too,,,)!
The sweetness of the wine and the mellowness of the sake were a perfect match: 🫶🏻
As someone who usually drinks wine, it was easy to drink! I was like!
Also, I would love to have it with mushroom pizza🍄🟫🍕

After drinking this sake, I was convinced that Kagamiyama is delicious.

After two days of working remotely in the company housing, I opened a bottle of ogara-mi-nama-sake that I had purchased when I went to Kawagoe to refresh myself!
