3.9/5
Masumi Yamadanishiki Collaboration Junmai Ginjo, limited to the brewery.
Easy to drink on the palate, with a dry aftertaste that only Masumi can deliver, with a touch of bitterness.
There is little sweetness, and those who like dry taste will be addicted to it.

Firm on the palate with a light sweet aftertaste.
Personally, I think it is better than hot sake 🍶.
It's better at room temperature or higher than hiya.
3.3/5
I drank it hot.
It's perfect for microwaving and sipping.
Maybe better lukewarm.
Still has a little bit of a tangy taste, but it's easy to drink. Not so good at room temperature.
3.5/5 points
The impression on the palate is sweet and fruity like an apple.
It is easy to drink neat when served cold, and as it gets to room temperature, you can feel the sweetness and depth of the rice.
Good performance for the price.
