Yui-like sweetness is still present.
The balance of simple flavor and good acidity is exquisite. ‼️
I think there may be a hint of Sanzen Sakura taste in there somewhere, but I don't have the palate to understand that much.
It's as delicious as I expected 😋.
It is clear with yellowish tints and has aromas of yogurt, pear, honeysuckle, and cooked rice. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, a mild sweetness, and a rather long finish.
Luxurious special junmai made with Akaban Omachi
The slightly rugged flavor of special junmai is understated, and the taste is so clean and delicious that you would not even know it was junmai ginjo!
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%, 100% Akaban Omachi
Yui Yui is made by the toji of Yuki Shuzo at the Sanzen Sakura Brewery in Hokkaido. It has a strong Yui Yui flavor. Delicious!
I've lived in Yuki City, but I've never actually had a drink.
The aroma is mellow mango.
It has a mild sweetness and umami flavor, and can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink.
I would like to try other specs as well.
Yui Yui's quintessential Akaban Oumachi
This year, too, from Hokkaido!
This year, the yeast was changed back to 310.
Capricious aroma
Flavor of strawberry jelly I had a long time ago!
The mild sweetness and umami also flow refreshingly!
You can't help but say, "Yummmm!
No doubt about it!
The taste of Yui Akaban Oumachi
The place may have changed, but the taste of Yui is still there!
We are happy to drink it again this year!
The one I didn't drink and give him a long time ago.
It is 100% Akaban Omachi sake. No indication at all on the front: ‼️ It's really modest... 😃 Most of the breweries use Akaban Omachi Omachi! I'm sure every brewery is trying to show off that they use Akaban Omachi Oumachi.
This sake is called Yuki Shuzo from Ibaraki, but it is made by Sanzen Sakura Shuzo from Hokkaido. Why? I didn't know that they buy sake from other breweries and sell it.... I didn't know that.
