( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

I've lived in Yuki City, but I've never actually had a drink. The aroma is mellow mango. It has a mild sweetness and umami flavor, and can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. I would like to try other specs as well.

The one I didn't drink and give him a long time ago. It is 100% Akaban Omachi sake. No indication at all on the front: ‼️ It's really modest... 😃 Most of the breweries use Akaban Omachi Omachi! I'm sure every brewery is trying to show off that they use Akaban Omachi Oumachi. This sake is called Yuki Shuzo from Ibaraki, but it is made by Sanzen Sakura Shuzo from Hokkaido. Why? I didn't know that they buy sake from other breweries and sell it.... I didn't know that.

This sake expresses the Yuki Shuzo style at a Hokkaido sake brewery. It has a refreshing sweetness of fruit and a sharpness that is easily released while still allowing you to taste the rice flavor. It is very delicious.

Went to the pool with my family today🤗🤗 My son wanted to dive, so I told him I'd let go of his hand and then I let go of his hand and he drowned😅💦I told him 💦I taught him how to hold his breath and little by little he was able to put his face on the water 💦Wow, he's learning fast! (I'm worried as a parent that he has no fear of water 😂I stopped by the liquor store on the way home and negotiated with my wife to buy just one bottle 🤗and I chose to buy my first bottle of Yui Yui👍But even a four-pack of Yui Yui is expensive 💦. So open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is fruity and the taste is pineapple-like, sweet and juicy with good bitterness and acidity 😊. Good as a food sake👍
