Ultimate Nigori Sake - Silky White
It has a very smooth mouthfeel, with a yogurt-like sweetness and rice-derived sweetness, and in a good sense, almost no ooze. The taste makes you feel a little rich, so please enjoy it with a glass of wine.
This is also a centrifugal separation series. We tried it with honey yogurt to see how it would taste, and it went well with it.
The attack has a fruity melon-like aroma, followed by a hint of rice sweetness. On the first day the bottle is opened, there is a slight bitterness and a numbing sensation on the tongue, but after the third day, the second half of the bottle becomes more mellow, and this bitterness and numbing fade away, making it easy to drink. It is good to enjoy this change. This bottle employs an unusual centrifugal pressing technique.
My first Akita Sake Komachi.
It was introduced at the store as "thick and delicious," but it was very smooth.
I've been drinking a lot of unfiltered sake lately, so I feel it's a beautiful sake with a clear and fragrant aroma.
I like it. ⭐︎4.2
A collaboration between Daiichi Shuzo, a Tochigi Prefecture sake brewery, and Satoko Morimoto, a ramen girl. The illustration on the cup is also cute!
The aim of the collaboration is to dispel the negative image of sake as being old, bitter, and smelling of alcohol. It is true that when I drank it, I thought it had no aroma or taste, but the taste and intoxication came later. I had an image of a mysterious sake 😳.
The initial taste is refreshing and the aftertaste is a little spicy on the tongue.
Although it contains brewer's alcohol, it is not bad, but it is easy to drink and delicious.
I went to Wako for work, so I went to Marugen-san for the first time in a while.
I found it in the small-size corner!
Sake from Tochigi. It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness, as it appeals to the quality of the water.
It was delicious!
100% Hitogochi grown in our own rice paddies. It has the roundness and depth of organic cotton candy. I like Tochigi sake because it has the softness and sweetness of water. Beautiful, round sake to be drunk slowly.
This sake is from Tajima-cho, Sano. An acquaintance of mine from Sano said that the taste of Sano ramen could not be made without Sano water. I know what that means 💧✨.
Jay & Nobby, all sake from Tochigi is gentle and kind, but I wonder if the prefectural character comes out in the taste. Thank you for the sake, grown with love from the rice ✨.
Purchased as a souvenir at Utsunomiya Station. I had it to snack on the leftover beans from Setsubun, and the sweetness of the rice tangled on my tongue. It was very delicious.
