Sano ramen noodles 🍜🤣🤣
Kaika Junmai 🥰!
Tobu Utsunomiya station
I found a nice Sake stand bar.
I really wanted to drink Sano Ramen
I really wanted to drink Sano Ramen 🍶 but
but I'm not sure 😅.
I am enjoying my early spring trip to Tochigi 🍶 too much!
Tochigi Prefecture. Sano City. Daiichi Sake Brewery Co.
Kaika Migaki Special Junmai Genshu
We received a set of 7 single-bottle bottles, so we will drink them.
The fifth bottle is here.
I will drink it cold.
The color is clear, and the yellowish color is quite light.
The top aroma is of grain and alkaloa, and the mouthfeel is gentle and smooth.
The aroma on the nose is unrefined and mellow, with a wild umami of rice, a burnt acidity, and a full-bodied spread that is not too assertive.
It's a solid sake because it's a pure sake, but I wonder if it's aged a bit.
It has a nikki-like aftertaste on the tongue and a faintly tangy, light spiciness.
Overall, it has a fullness to it and is well balanced, which is delicious.
This is also Tochigi love 🤗💞.
Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice Koji(domestic)
Polishing ratio: 59
Alcohol content: 17%.
Collaboration cup with "Sano-maru," a character from Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture.
Why is he wearing a ramen noodle? It's Sano Ramen! I'm not sure why, but it is 🍜.
It tastes dry but fruity. I often hear people describe it as "fruity" and I wasn't sure what kind of flavor it was, but I was convinced it was this one! I was convinced 😊.
The attack is slightly fruity in a good sense, pear-like if I may say so, with a slight numbing sensation on the tongue, and a medium finish with a relatively crisp and clean aftertaste. It can be enjoyed on its own or as a food sake. It can also be served with saikyo yaki gindara.
Risshun morning pressed sake comparison!
Kaika was the most spicy!
But it has a mild taste and you can drink it just like water!
I love the soft aroma of the aftertaste!
Delicious!
The sake is freshly pressed in the early morning, and the master of the brewery goes to the brewery at 5:00 a.m. to make the ultimate freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. A good omen!
We gratefully accepted it!
Of course it is delicious!

Thank you very much!
I've been drinking at home for 5 years now, so I'm happy to have arrived at this page 🍶 Sake is so deep that I'm still discovering new things I didn't know about. We also spend most of our time drinking together as a couple!
Thank you very much for your message😄.
