Drunken sake that you never get tired of drinking
It is easy to drink and goes well with meals, as it is often served in restaurants!
It has the character of Omachi, fresh and fruity with a very beautiful finish!
Of course it's great on its own!
Shinomine Aizan Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Sake Brewer:Chiyo Shuzo (Nara)
Rice used: 100% Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio 66
Yeast used: Association No. 9
The ginjo aroma is mild, but you can taste the deep flavor characteristic of Aizan.
Smooth and light on the palate with a refreshing banana and citrus flavor. The aftertaste is sharp and clean.
crisp and dry (e.g. taste, texture, flavor)
Slight aroma, sharp attack. Taste: crisp and dry. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
Goes well with sashimi.
It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, so there is a freshness with a hint of pears.
However, since it is 66% shaved, it also has a strong rice flavor.
There is also a slight effervescence or active fermentation.
It also has a strong nasal passage, but it doesn't feel like a sake that is just easy to drink, so I don't think it's something you should drink in large gulps.
It is a well-balanced sake that can be drunk in small sips with something to eat.
I bought this Shinomine in Nara!
It is completely different from the unfiltered Rinri which I drank before.
This one is fuller and mellower.
It is not so modern.
I would like to try different types of Shinomine. I love this sake.
Autumn-aged sake is very interesting.
I mean, sake is really deep!
It's a lot of fun.
Good evening, Mr. Pekkaal 😃.
Shinomine is a sake that has its own history for us 😅I'd like to drink it in various ways 🤗.
Really! Sake 🍶 is so broad and deep... but so much fun 😄.
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby!
I see that it is a so called sake!
I'm a Nara guy, so I'm kind of glad to hear that~!
Today is a rest day for me.
Already looking forward to tomorrow, lol!
