I realized I forgot to take a picture after I finished it, so it will be an empty bottle. 🙇♂️
Shinomine-norokumaru!
My wife knew this brand because she watched a sake drama (Araubashiri?). I watched the drama (Araubashiri?) so my wife knew this brand!
It has both sweet and sour taste and mellow sweetness! It also had a bubbly taste, so it was right up my alley.
Also, the taste was refreshing and perfect for summer 🏖 I drank it all very quickly!
I usually lose weight in the summer but this year I haven't lost any weight at all😭I need to get serious about exercising...
Thank you for the food 🙏.
Hi Ofuji 😃
I don't need to tell you about the alcohol inside, the bottle design is cool and intoxicating with the pastel colored label on the clear bottle ☺️
But the nightingale behind? I can only sleep at night because of the pressure of 😁.
The last sake of the day was Nara's Shinomine Omachi Junmai Ginjyo. It was dry, fruity and fresh!
Very luxurious and my favorite.
Rice: All Omachi from Akaban area
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)

Yumeshu Shibuya
Sake that came out as today's nigori.
It looked a little like a bottle, but the details are unknown.
Slightly sweet, with a lot of sizzle?
Perfect for the first drink at the end of a still hot day.
Since I went to Nara, I bought a bottle of Shinomine and took it home (≧▽≦). It is mild, bright, easy to drink, and delicious.......just like the image of Shinomine, it is a little carbonated and soft. The rice polishing ratio is 60% (I thought it would be lower), and it is hard to judge by the rice polishing ratio.
Today is the 28th, so I paired it with a Kentucky Chicken Day pack! The skin part was spicy and strong chicken, but the inside part was delicious and matched the shinomine just right!
Kentucky, with stir-fried air-cooked greens!

Good evening, seal #3 😃.
Shinomine-norokumaru! We too were able to drink it for the first time this year 😋I'd like to try it too🤗.
It's good to go with kenta🍗...
Hi Jay & Nobby😃Thank you for your comment. I didn't have a chance to drink much Shinomine, but I thought I would like to try some of the others ( ꈍᴗꈍ)😃 Nara is (also) all too good for sake~!
Surprisingly, it has a sour aroma reminiscent of yeast,
The aroma of koji rice is also in it.
The rice juice tastes delicious!
Fruity aroma like apples,
The aroma is also mixed with a mellow aroma like mushrooms.
The texture is thick and mushy,
The texture is thick and dense, but the acidity is also pleasant and crisp on the tongue.
This is an adult's juice that can be drunk quickly and easily.
Taste 4.5/5
Sharp taste. Sourness, umami, and astringency come through. It is described as "a sake with a rounded taste that has lost some of its sharpness after the fall," but for me, it has a bit of sharpness to it.
However, as a food sake, it is good as it resets the inside of the mouth while the umami flavor remains in the mouth!
It is a good sake for the fall season when one has a good appetite.
Sake rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio→77
Alcohol content: 16%.
Aroma gorgeous and fruity.
Slightly carbonated and well-balanced in sweetness and acidity, with alcohol not felt as much as in the sake degree. A light sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
Alcohol level 16%.

Acidity 2.2
