ましゃLong time no see 🤗 Nara Sake
Okura's summer sake 🤩.
But they use Hitogokochi from Nagano 😊.
So is it similar to the popular Shinshu Kamerei?
I haven't had Shinshu Kamerei yet, so I'll try it here 🤔.
I bought it like that, but...
But what I was more interested in was...
I always think Okura's labels are so erotic 😁.
I want to know about the designer 😆.
I️ would be very surprised if it was a staff member of the brewery.
I think he has great taste😍.
I'm attracted to this girl 😍
Just looking at her makes me want to drink more 🤣.
But this sake is on the quieter side of Okura's lineup‼️.
It tastes like a refreshing summer sake ✌️. ましゃIn December, the app suddenly stopped working and my data was blown!
I tried to restart with a new account, but on New Year's Day, I searched the site from my PC and found my account was still there!
I've been using it for a while now, but I've never used it before.
I'm going to start posting again with this account.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a big fan of the idea of having a "real" company, or because I'm not a big fan of the idea of having a "real" company.
I'm going to post a reminder of the brands until I catch up...
I'll try my best again 🙇️.
This is an alcoholic sake that has been stored in Hakkaisan's snow chamber for about 8 months.
It's a little different from the Hakkaisan I used to drink😋. MantaGood evening, Masya-san ^ ^ ^.
I've had a few times when my computer was initialized on startup.
I'm glad you were able to restart it 😱.
I'm glad you were able to restart it😊. ましゃThank you Manta for your comment 😊.
I was really surprised... I felt like I was falling to my knees...
I'll try my best to post more 🤗 呑んだくれオヤジ(ましゃ)Hakkaisan Snow Cellared Sake
The sake was made in January of this year and stored in the snow room for about 10 months.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees, but the taste is smooth and typical of Hakkaisan 😋. ましゃ"Perle de Riz." means "pearl of rice" in French. It's just like that!
It would not be an exaggeration to say that "Perle de Riz." is a collaboration between Tagaji Brewery, which has been working on nama-moto brewing since last year, and Natural Farming Komari Farm!
Natural Farming Komari Farm grows naturally cultivated rice without pesticides or fertilizers in Okayama, and this sake "Perle de Riz." is brewed by cutting the naturally cultivated Asahi rice in half (50% polishing), brewing it with nama-moto, and brewing it with No. 14 yeast.
The name "Perle de Riz." was given by Komari Farm's sister and her husband (the husband is a Frenchman who plays the horn for the German Philharmonic Orchestra) who live in Germany.
The above is the liquor store's description.
I think this is the first time to drink Bizen Asahi sake rice.
The taste... the harmony of the gaseous feeling and the concentrated umami and sourness was great! Like Shinomine, it can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from slightly chilled to room temperature, lukewarm, or warmed up 😋.
It lives up to its name as the pearl of rice😍. ましゃHiyaoroshi using Omachi of the Tarokumaru series, matured in ice temperature storage for about half a year.
The juicy, full and refreshing flavor with a hint of gas is exceptional and is a perfect match for the taste of autumn 🤩.
Akitana fish, black soybeans, mushrooms... there's so much more 😋.
It's a versatile sake that can be savored from hiya to heated!
Fun to compare with Yamada Nishiki too😁.
I haven't been able to buy any though😅 ましゃ5 series of Kaze no Mori.
This is a Daiginjo class sake made with Akitsuho 😊.
With the usual sound of opening the bottle, the fragrant ginjo aroma unique to the 5 series drifts away!
When it's cold, it has a sharp taste that comes from the unique tangy texture of Kaze no Mori😋.
As the temperature rises, the hard texture of the sake gradually mellows and the flavor becomes more assertive down the throat.
It's so good 🥰
I didn't know there was a Kaze no Mori and Shinomine distributor near my house... 😓
I'll be sure to check it out 🤣.
I'm so happy ✌️! ましゃA spicy taste that stimulates the tongue and a clean acidity typical of Shinomine😋.
It seems to be aged at ice temperature.
This is a great way to get a taste of what it's like to be in the middle of the action.
A hardcore sake with a crisp and sharp mouthfeel🥰 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
