We had to finish our last order with some sashimi and cheese left over, so we chose a dry brand that had been on our mind recently as the last drink.
Shinomine's sharpness and clean taste matched perfectly with the rich cheese (though I vaguely remember it because of the alcohol). It plays a supporting role in bringing out the best of the meal.
