Shinomine's first sake!
Finally, my favorite summer sake season is over and it's autumn 🍂.
It's spicy, not too harsh, easy to drink, and great 👍🏻
The last Shinomine I drank was also delicious, so I think it will rank among my favorite sake!
We had it at Nara Izumi Yusai!

I chose Shinomine, which is Omachi, and I got Yamada.
But I don't mind, the price is the same.

However, I like this kind of sake, but I feel that it is difficult to recommend it to others, I should simply increase my knowledge, or rather, my enjoyment of it. What a taste I like as I write. I would be happy to drink it.
