The aroma is sweet, which is characteristic of junmai daiginjos❗️As you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue, followed by a wonderful ginjo aroma❗️❗️It is not too thick, so there is no unpleasant bitterness afterwards.❗️Great sake❤️
