I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? Nutty and caramel type sweetness comes out.

This year, I received a new sake from my father 🥰 "Keiryu". A gem from the Endo Sake Brewery, famous for its comet 😊. I immediately opened the bottle. Is it just me or does it seem a little spicier than last year's 🤔The aroma also seems a little weak... 🫠. This year's was a little different impression... 😄 It's good but it's still good 🥰. I'm sure I'll be able to enjoy the changes for a while 🗿.

Drinking at home again today. This one has 17 degrees and is spicy even though it is a fruity mountain stream. The aftertaste is fruity but thick. I'm pairing it with grilled fish, and it goes really well with it. This is a matter of taste, but I love this combination! It is delicious!

The cup design is based on the image of "Shinshu": blue for the clear sky, green for the trees in Karuizawa, yellow for the rape blossoms along the Chikuma River, and red for the autumn leaves in Okushinano. The taste is dry, sweet, and rather thick, but the aftertaste is very refreshing. It is better to drink it as it is, since the flavor disappears as soon as it is combined with saltiness. This is the 500th bottle of the One Cup One Pack Festival.
