I was wondering if I should have a few more drinks,
I found a menu item called "A Slightly Unusual Sake Set" 😍.
Being the pervert that I am, I ordered it 😁.
Three different sets: Beaumichelle, Keiryuu, and Princess Time.
The second one is Keiryu, wine yeast brewed.
The label looks like a stylish wine.
Is the aroma white wine? A slightly habitual aroma.
Caramel-like richness and sweetness followed by acidity. Long aftertaste.
From the label, I imagined it would taste beautiful, but it was quite a habitual drink 😁.
It has a full-bodied flavor, or perhaps it is the sense that the umami spreads slowly. After opening the bottle, put it in the refrigerator and drink it cold.
Cloudy white color. The aroma is reminiscent of rice malt. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is sharply bitter and slightly effervescent. There is no blowout to be careful of when opening the bottle. The slightly herbal overtone is accompanied by a firm acidity and astringency. Slightly long aftertaste. Mellow sake.
Is it called "spicy-sweet"? Not sweet, but a balance of sweet and spicy. The aftertaste quickly disappears.
If this is a cup of sake, I am very satisfied!
