Cloudy white color. The aroma is reminiscent of rice malt. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is sharply bitter and slightly effervescent. There is no blowout to be careful of when opening the bottle. The slightly herbal overtone is accompanied by a firm acidity and astringency. Slightly long aftertaste. Mellow sake.
Is it called "spicy-sweet"? Not sweet, but a balance of sweet and spicy. The aftertaste quickly disappears.
If this is a cup of sake, I am very satisfied!
Medium-bodied, slightly dry
First, you can feel the richness and umami of the rice.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
Easy to drink
The higher the temperature, the less umami is felt.
Best to drink cold or warm.
Tonight I am at a ryokan in Bessho Onsen.
I opened a bottle of active nigori sake that I bought at Tsuruya in my room.
It's nice and tangy!
The liquor store next door to the inn? Or a souvenir shop? I bought some sake at the souvenir shop next door to the inn, so I will report back!
The second drink of the Kaku-uchi festival!
This is a sparkling sake with a hint of sake!
The white malted rice gives it a wine-like taste, but it also has the flavor of sake!
Purchased again last year. I served it lightly chilled.
As usual, there is no acidity or other unpleasant taste, and the sake is clean with a gentle sweetness from the rice. It seems to be easy to enjoy.
