It is a light, dry Niigata-style sake with low acidity and a clean aftertaste, but it has a surprisingly rich balance that gives it a solid feel. It is interesting in a good sense that it is made by the Shirotaki Sake Brewery, but it is not like water.
Freshly pounded rice cake, fresh cream, and cypress
Slight hints of white peach and muscat
Compared to Shirotaki Junmai-shu from the same brewery, the taste is in the same direction, but this one is more refreshing.
Uonuma is another brand of Shirotaki Sake Brewery of Kozen Nyosui. This is a food sake that allows you to taste the deliciousness of Uonuma rice.
It has a refreshing aroma of banana and alcohol,
It has a refreshing and tangy aroma,
It has a clear, watery smoothness with a thick, robust flavor.
The flavor has a thick, robust flavor,
The stimulation and coolness like soda water or soda
The alcohol content of the raw sake is very strong,
It has a clear and crisp taste, and is super dry!
It is also delicious at a cooled temperature with a hint of sweetness.

★★★★☆☆☆
Sake directly from the warehouse 🍶.
Great sharpness: ⚔️
You can feel the umami of the rice, but the sense of clarity is much more than that 😊.
The alcohol content is high, so you might not drink too much⚠️⚠️⚠️
Delicious 😋.
Clear and colorless, with aromas of yogurt, cooked rice, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness, and a rather short finish.
I wonder if it tastes similar to Kamizen Josui, which is also made by the Hakuryu Shuzo brewery. It is smooth, dry, and light. It is not fruity at all like the rich umakuchi version. It was more different than I expected.
#Hamamatsu#
I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week.
I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon.
Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆.
It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔.
Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house.
Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me.
I bought this sake and went home.
It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first.
Not bad 😅
Danna and daughter bought it for me as a souvenir from their ski trip 😃.
I usually prefer lighter sakes, and I don't often buy this "mellow umaguchi" type for myself.
So it was a great opportunity to learn about a new world ✨.
The flavor and depth of the sake was very impressive.
What made me happy was that it tastes so good warmed up 🍶.
I have the image that sake that tastes good when heated is well made.
It's been cold here for a while now, so it warmed up nicely 😌.
