Purchased at Ozeki supermarket in Togoshi Ginza. Uonuma is a safe sake for me.
The label says it has a crisp aftertaste, and that is exactly what it is. It has a sharpness. And the flavor is not too strong.
This is my standard sake for eating! And it's surprisingly affordable.
Don't be an expert, buy this kind of delicious sake at the supermarket. This is the taste of sake.

At a local supermarket, I chose my favorite sake from Niigata.
The label said it was light and dry, so I had high expectations, but it was not to my liking.
The moment I drank it, I felt the sweetness quite strongly.
The mouthfeel is crisp, but there is no crisp aftertaste.

It has the weight and flavor typical of junmai sake, but is easy to drink! Delicious! This sake is perfect for those times when you like a refreshing sake but sometimes want something more Junmai-like.
I drank it cold this time, but it is definitely good warmed up too.
