ma-ki-Today we had New Year's Eve soba at Yugiri Soba Hyotei, a New Year's Eve tradition!
We drank a lot last night, but felt like drinking a little, so we had soba & tempura with a glass of Kuromatsu Shiraga by Tatsumahonke Sake Brewery!
This time it was a ginjo!
Let's start with the sake!
First, the aroma. A clear alcoholic aroma!
It's so refreshing in the mouth.
It is easy to drink, just like water!
In the second half, there is a slight sweetness and a lingering bitterness.
There is also a gentle spiciness.
This sake is smooth and easy to drink.
However, when it is served with a meal, the umami is much richer and richer, and I have the impression that it can be drunk more deliciously without interfering with the meal.
By the way, we had a very satisfying lunch with delicious New Year's Eve soba noodles, an annual event at the end of the year! ポンちゃんHi, ma-ki- san 🐦.

Before the movie, I went to Morinomiya to pick up the sake I ordered online.
Since we were there, I looked at the sake lineup and saw that it was Tasake!
I can buy it without the bundle!
So I got the sake I wasn't planning on!
After that, we moved to Osaka and had lunch at our favorite soba restaurant, Hyotei!
After lunch, we had to go to the movies, so we were a bit worried, but decided to have just one glass of sake!
So I had my first sake with my soba lunch, Tsukasa Botan from Tsukasa Botan Sake Brewery.
This time, it was a sake under zero!
Let's start with the sake!
First of all, the aroma. It has a traditional sake aroma.
The graininess is clear, with a hint of sweetness and bitterness.
I also feel a little bit of the old-fashioned sake flavor.
In the second half, you can feel the bitterness and sourness, and the refreshing sensation at the back of the throat.
The sweetness and spiciness are both exquisite and refreshing.
It goes perfectly with Tempura and Soba and is very delicious!
After lunch, we went shopping and watched a movie!
After the movie, my wife wanted to have pizza dinner!
