First, do not mix the ori that has accumulated at the bottom... When you pour it into a gulping cup, the ori will dance and air bubbles will rise up from the bottom in a column. It is a slightly cloudy yellow color. The aroma is like a mixture of honey and sour. It is served. Strong acidity, sweet and sour taste, and bitterness spread from the tip of the tongue to the entire tongue. As you drink it, it becomes a perfectly sweet citrus juice. I am very happy to receive a bottle that the teacher brought back from Japan. I wish I had time to visit the sake brewery.

We bought it at Asano Sake Shop. The brewer came to talk to us and we chose mizu-hashiroshi! The brewery's approach of "making sake that opens up the acidity" really hit home with me, as I'm a sucker for acidity✨. When I opened the bottle, the aroma alone was enough to kill me! When I drank it, I found that it has an elegant acidity just like yogurt, but it's not sour, but it's so good with flavor and depth! I would drink it forever. This is the aesthetics of sourness ✨. Great sake. Thank you very much.

It's Friday! Booze! (Sake Cusses) So, here is the Splash of our beloved Trickster Hanaboe! First of all, the design is really nice! You can't tell it's sake just by looking at it! Anyway, I was afraid to open the bottle because it says "be careful"... but nothing happened... I was afraid to open the bottle... but nothing happened... -5℃ is too great... I'm glad I bought this gourmet cool! I didn't stir the corkage first... sweet and sour...! Meca-umami! I can't stop drinking Hanaboe because of this... When mixed with ori, the sweetness and sourness become milder, and the light bitterness gives it a nice kick! I can drink as much of this as I want... it's delicious! Well, just the other day there was a guy who said he was tired of sweet and sour (that's you!)
