I looked at the specs and couldn't imagine what it tastes like, 😅 let's drink it without thinking first 🍶. First of all, the aroma is like a traditional sake aroma, like a sacred sake 🍶? It also has a sense of maturity, like a noble sake. The taste is like sake (‼️), but it has a fruity and sour taste like grape🍇, and while it has a moderate alcohol content, it is easy to drink as the temperature rises. The aftertaste is delicious, with a sweetness and richness like a kijoshu.

We bought it at Asano Sake Shop. The brewer came to talk to us and we chose mizu-hashiroshi! The brewery's approach of "making sake that opens up the acidity" really hit home with me, as I'm a sucker for acidity✨. When I opened the bottle, the aroma alone was enough to kill me! When I drank it, I found that it has an elegant acidity just like yogurt, but it's not sour, but it's so good with flavor and depth! I would drink it forever. This is the aesthetics of sourness ✨. Great sake. Thank you very much.

It's Friday! Booze! (Sake Cusses) So, here is the Splash of our beloved Trickster Hanaboe! First of all, the design is really nice! You can't tell it's sake just by looking at it! Anyway, I was afraid to open the bottle because it says "be careful"... but nothing happened... I was afraid to open the bottle... but nothing happened... -5℃ is too great... I'm glad I bought this gourmet cool! I didn't stir the corkage first... sweet and sour...! Meca-umami! I can't stop drinking Hanaboe because of this... When mixed with ori, the sweetness and sourness become milder, and the light bitterness gives it a nice kick! I can drink as much of this as I want... it's delicious! Well, just the other day there was a guy who said he was tired of sweet and sour (that's you!)
