I happened to see a picture of a delicious looking scotch egg and went to Sugamo on my way home from work to do some food log activities ✨.
That alone was a waste of time, so I stopped by a sake bar in Otsuka and got a selection of sake that I wouldn't normally buy ✨.
I couldn't really smell it.
It had a beautiful mouthfeel and my initial impression was that it was sour. After getting used to drinking it, I found it to be clear, sweet and delicious, with a pretty strong acidity, and a little peculiar at the sourness, but I can't describe it well 😅.
It was a sweet and sour sake ✨.

I knew this sake brewery as a mizu-hashiro sake brewer, but this time I drank a recently released light nigori sake.
The aroma is of lactic acid beverage type acidity, with a strong fruity flavor.

After that, the lingering taste of alcohol, robust umami, and bitterness makes it a perfect drink!
