I took a week off from drinking and bought some Junsei Nojoho at a liquor store in a neighboring city without the guts to go to the brewery. (I really should have gone to buy sake for plum wine!)
I've wanted to buy it since its release, but never came across it. I had a hard time deciding which to buy, Koshi or Nojoho.
The popup said it was dry, but it was spicy with a bit of sweetness. It seems to be typical of Tomikunishiki.
It's a good drink at 16 degrees, and after a day off from drinking, so it's a kiki.
The sake I guessed is delicious.
Spring Nigorinpic 76
When I visited Tomihisaiki last autumn, I applied for the Junsei Supporter program.
Junsei is another brand of Tomihisaiki, which was started by Tomihisaiki with a focus on the sake brewing method.
If you become a supporter, you can have 6 bottles of Junsei delivered to your home within a year.
One of them was this Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami 😀.
Of course I like regular ogorami because of the sweetness and umami of the rice, but this ogorami was my favorite because it had a mellower rice flavor than the other ogorami, as if it was a sake brewed from a sake yeast 😀.
We also have nigori sake from Tomikunishiki, so tomorrow we will compare the nigori sake from Tomikunishiki🤣.
Yasube, good evening 🌛Fujunishiki is in Kasai city ✨I passed by the brewery many times on business but never got to try it 😅I think it's not easy to get to, but I don't think it's a walk from Hokkaguchi station 👀.
Hi Yasubeyesan 🐦.
That's something you can only get from visiting a sake brewery😊👍✨I'm curious because I haven't had Morinori and Junsei out of HYO5KURA ❣️ I don't see Tomikunishiki very often, so maybe I'll visit the brewery once...
Hi Nao888!
I actually walked over one mountain from Kakogawa on the Seto Inland Sea side, then visited the warehouse and walked from there to Hokkeguchi 🤣.
But the harvest was worth the effort😇.
Please take a peek 😇
Hi Pon 😀
It's pretty inconvenient if you're walking, but it's pretty easy to get to if you have a car 😇.
However, the food and sake paired with the food at Fukura, which is attached to Tomikunishiki, is a good combination, so walking is recommended 🤣.
Refreshingly acidic and refreshing entrance.
Slightly limey green flavor.
The rice flavor and graininess after swallowing.
A mild and simple sake.
It seems to be good as a food sake.
Taste level 3.5/5
The sake rice is Aiyama. Yes, the one known as "diamond. It is produced only in Hyogo Prefecture, and Kasai is a famous production center. Tomikunishiki Aizan. Slightly sweet aroma. The first day it was solid with a slight effervescence, but from the second day onward, the rice sweetness was well expressed, and it was delicious. It is a superb wine. The slight bitterness at the end is also nice.
Launch at Jiyugaoka (3)
You can of course tell the owner what you want to drink, but if you ask for the next drink, the owner will serve it to you along with the food!
It's dangerous to drink too much. ⚠️
The third glass is Junsei Unfiltered Yamadanishiki.
I think this is the first time I've had it.
It has sweetness, but is it a dry type?
I feel a clear sourness.
Grilled tuna, delicious 😋.
