70% low white rice to bring out the flavor of the rice.
Aged for nine years in the brewery.
It has a rich, subdued flavor with a bright, bright yellow color.
It is powerful, yet light and refreshing to drink.

Low-polishing to maximize the individuality of the rice
I love specifications that bring out the full personality of the rice 😋.
It smells like beer, freshly baked bread, and white flowers.
Sour and vinegary,
It has a sourness like vinegar and a rich and fluffy flavor like bread.
Aromatic flavor.
A little unique, but not bad.
The bonito that is starting to get fatty is delicious.

First time to drink Hiroshima's Seikagami.
The taste is medium to slightly spicy.
I thought it looked like a robust type, but it had a medium flavor and was easy to drink from start to finish.
Drinking with friends after work today.
We met at Minakasa, Shinagawa Station, Konan Exit.
The menu of white meat, giara, senmai, liver, and other offal items are of excellent freshness and quality.
Hiroshima's Seikagami is a good choice with its clear, crisp acidity and flavor.
For the record. I told my first liquor store that I like hiyaoroshi, and they recommended this 2 degree summer oversummer.
It was a little yellowish sake, but not to the level of kijoshu, and I felt a little whiskey-like aji 🥃.
