Sake with umami, but not too strong, so it can be paired with pretty much any dish.
Right now I'm in the mood for some bonito with a nice salt.
Yuzuan-yaki (grilled bonito with yuzu citrus) would be good too!
Sake by itself is also good!
I like it when it's a little cooler than usual, when it's just about to come back to room temperature.
It's so easy to drink!
Happy New Year 🎍✨Thank you again for your support this year 🙇After the three days of the New Year, I like this kind of sake that I can drink smoothly. I'd like to drink it while sitting warmly under the kotatsu😽.
Happy New Year, Hirupeko! It's not flashy, but it's a delicious sake. I would love to drink it while snuggled up under a kotatsu with my favorite snacks.
Mura909, thank you very much for your support this year 🐍.
Seikagami🍶 is drunk... ☺️
I drank Nakao Brewery's sake last year, but I haven't had Seikagami for a long time, so I wanted to have a slurpy one after reading your post 😊.
I'm back home to my wife's family in Hiroshima.
Last sake of the year.
I carefully selected and purchased Seikagami, it was very good 😊.
Of course I paired it with oysters: ☺️
Koyan Good evening...Hiroshima oysters are so delicious...I envy you😍Seikagami looks delicious too 😊I would love to get some when I visit my relatives in Hiroshima!

I bought this sake as a heated sake.
I asked the store owner a lot of questions, and requested for a heated sake with a strong umami (flavor)!
This is it! This is it!
I like sweet sake, so this sake is not too dry, but has a lot of umami!
It is a matured sake, so it has depth, but not too much!
