Nose: Slightly aged.
Taste: Not good when cold.
Overall impression: Not good when cold. Not good at room temperature either. But when heated, it is very good as an in-between-dinner drink.
I thought it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink, with a fruity and not so sweet taste, a soft acidity and strong bitterness in the aftertaste, and a crisp and refreshing taste.

Sake in Hiroshima is not only available in Saijo, but also in Takehara.
