For my first Hiroshima sake in a while, I chose a new Seikagami sake, my first try 😀 . I knew the name, but it was my first time drinking it, so I was excited to open the bottle🍾 I've never tried it before, so I was very excited to try it! It's a mildly dry wine with a hint of sweetness, easy to pair with food, and I love it👍. I'm not sure what to make of this. I love it!

Sour... a unique aroma... It has a bitter-sweet taste. Aromatic and dry? Because it is freshly squeezed. It has a fresh feeling. The aftertaste is interesting... It's not a popular sake right now, but it's a good choice for a food drink. I don't hate it. I never get tired of it. It's delicious...

Hiroshima expedition! A cup of sake with a delicious flavor and a hint of sweetness. Sake in Hiroshima is not only available in Saijo, but also in Takehara. Takehara also has a good sake brewery, and I thought there were many layers of sake breweries in Hiroshima.
