Weak smell of thin apple slightly sour. Ohhhh good. Sparkling lemon-like acidity with a hint of sweetness, a little heavy on the acidity and rice flavor, then fading away to a gentle chile of bitterness. The acidity is firm and not too thin, and there is a slight sweetness, but the sweetness does not overpower the sourness and it is very refreshing. As you drink it, it becomes too familiar in your mouth and seems to disappear. When warmed up, it tastes sour and makes you drool from the back of your tongue. The second day. Sour, light and refreshing. Too easy to drink.

This is my first brand. It is said that the cat kept at the brewery is named "Nero". The aroma is banana-like. The acidity and juiciness stand out. It has a clean, citrusy taste and is suitable as a food sake.
