Weak smell of thin apple slightly sour. Ohhhh good. Sparkling lemon-like acidity with a hint of sweetness, a little heavy on the acidity and rice flavor, then fading away to a gentle chile of bitterness. The acidity is firm and not too thin, and there is a slight sweetness, but the sweetness does not overpower the sourness and it is very refreshing. Lunchtime drink at a restaurant specializing in grilled shellfish in Toba🍶. This is the first time to drink Hachibei sake. It's an authentic dry sake with a delicious rice flavor. This kind of sake goes well with seafood. 🙆‍♂️ Especially with turban shells!

Not much scent. I took a sip... too much? Gwahhhh...alcohol leaves the nose like vodka. Spicy...magic ink. I can feel rice if I look for it, and it tastes good, It's like drinking a basic gin or something, and the aroma is uncomfortable. It would go well with shellfish grilled in soy sauce. I'll take that as a no-brainer. Mild but mellow and drinkable. On the 4th day, I tried heating it up 🍶. I tried it in the temperature range of 40-58 degrees Celsius, and it has more rice flavor 🌾. However, the alcohol taste in the nose and throat has also become stronger 🧐. Hachibei reminds me of Mito Komon, but this sake is not "careless" but "robust" 🤣👍. If you want to taste the rice flavor, drink it hot 🌾🍶. If you want to drink more, drink it cold. The other day, I had been using my bicycle for many years.
