First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, the umami and spiciness are impressive!
The mouthfeel is very beautiful.
The lingering aftertaste is not too strong and pungent.
The waiter told me that it was a little dry, but it was a very tasty sake with a strong umami and a refreshing feeling.
