Good evening, and welcome to another installment of the "Firsts" series. We have had a few drinks at outside drinking events, but this is the first time we have had drinks at home 💁.
SAKAYA Hachibei Yamadanishiki Namaishiki Namaishimo Junmai Namaeshu 2024BY✨
We're looking forward to opening this bottle of raw sake from Hachibei, a not-so-careless Hachibei in Mie: ☺️
First of all, the aroma is of lactic fermentation of yogurt, probably due to the yeast and yeast strain of the sake brewery. Personally, I like yogurt, so I don't mind it at all, but first-time drinkers may be a bit surprised 😳 The taste is surprisingly mild, with a creamy lactic acidity and a direct enjoyment of the delicious rice flavor. The aftertaste is not dry and is designed to be easy to drink, so you can enjoy it 😋😋😋😋😋.
Hachibei, let's check out their other brands next time ✅.
Today, I warmed up the sake in the microwave for 40 minutes, because the sake as it was out of the refrigerator was a bit lacking in depth of flavor for me.
The aroma is a fluffy sake aroma,❗️ and when you take a sip, a sharp sweetness spreads in your mouth, followed by a slight bitterness,❗️ and the heated sake is good as a food sake,⭕️
