Purchased as a souvenir during a visit to Ise. It tasted sweet and a little watery. I felt it could be a little richer.

I bought this when I visited Ise Jingu Shrine last week. It is a very well-known sake brewed by Motosaka Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer. It has a sweet and clear taste of so-called "normal sake". It has a very clean taste. Warmed up, the clarity remains the same, but the deliciousness is increased by 20%! If you like this kind of sake, we highly recommend it! After Ise Jingu Shrine, we went to Sarutahiko Shrine, which is a short walk away! Here's a good one! Why are there no barrels of Motosaka Sake Brewery's sake? On the way back, we went to Isshi Onsen Yasuragi no Yu. Although this is a facility with circulation and filtration and disinfection, the hot water was great and mellow! The sign warning me to be careful of slipping makes me excited! Mie Prefecture is a wonderful place after all! I was going to go there again today, but I was afraid to go because I read in the newspaper that the new corridor is expanding gradually!
