profile iconThe sake rice is Oceto, a sake rice from Kagawa Prefecture, which I had never tasted before. After the bottle was opened, it did not have much impact and the acidity of Yamahai could be felt, but on the second and third days after the bottle was opened, the taste became more pronounced. It is mellow, full-bodied, and delicious. It is a good example of the Kaijin brand. Next time, I would like to try Yamadanishiki or Kame-no-o. If they still sell them, that is.

profile iconI bought some Kinryo at Kobe Hankyu and went home👍. I haven't had a Kinryo in a long time and I don't remember the last one 💦. Anyway, I had it for the first time. First of all, the aroma of koji (malted rice) wafted through the air and it looked delicious 🤤 even before I drank it. The sweetness spreads at first, but later it comes on strong and tasty. The overall taste is very strong, so I could not go for a big gulp. It's a 17 degree C sake, unfiltered junmai ginjo-nama sake 😁. I could go on the rocks with ice 👍

profile iconPurchased as a souvenir at the 7-Eleven in Kotohira Station. It has a faint aroma of old sake. The taste is harsh at first, but after that it is refreshing. It is easy to drink, and I recommend it.

profile iconAlcohol content: 6 degrees Sake meter: -70 Acidity: 5.0 This is a very good one. It is very easy to drink, as it claims to have a "calpis-like taste. It is sweet and refreshing. The alcohol content is low for sake, but be careful not to drink too much. But if I had a bottle at home, I would definitely finish a bottle in one night by myself. At Fujiki Shoten in Ikebukuro.

profile iconThe palate is slightly sweet rum and spring water. Best in too much summer. The aftertaste is complex and goes down the back of the throat.

profile icon100% Omachi rice used Today, with saikyo zuke of gimpoh. Delicious. It's 👍🍶👍. It is rich and you can really taste the rice! I think it's partly because I've just learned how to drink sake, but it's also because I've just learned how to eat rabbit. I guess it's partly because I'm just learning about sake, but I'm a sucker for the word "limited edition" 😅. I can't help but reach for it when it says so 😁😁😁😁. I'm a sucker for limited edition sake 😁😁😁😁😁.

profile icon20240514 I was using "The Sake" as a bad example. This is a completely different meaning of "The Sake 🍶". This taste is Omachi! I'll tell you again. Is Mr. Kawazuru great or Mame farm is great (-ω-?). As a fruity lover, this is my first time feeling(T_T) I was very impressed 🍶Thank you for the treat m(_ _)m

profile iconSanuki olive yeast KO18, 100% Oceto First combination Is it because of the olive yeast? It has a fruity and acidic taste with a moderate sweetness. Although it is 17% pure sake, it has a very refreshing and light taste. More balanced than expected.

profile iconA simple sake with a straightforward taste of rice.

profile iconAt my daughter's request, we went to Yoshida in Tsuruhashi for yakiniku before going to Korean Town on Miyuki-dori. It seemed to be a restaurant often frequented by celebrities, and there were many autographs on the wall. The meat was delicious and I did not get heartburn even though I ate a lot. I recommend this restaurant. After returning home at night, my son brought me olive oil and a 300ml bottle of this Ayagiku as a souvenir from his trip to Shodoshima. Rice: Kagawa-grown rice (Oceto) Brewing water: Water from the Asan Mountains Yeast: Sanuki olive yeast The aroma is soft fruit, with a hint of bread for some reason. It tastes like lychee or some kind of tropical fruit.

profile iconToday's Sake from the Land of Sanuki! From Sanuki Claudi, after a long time... It's sweet, but a little medicinal? It has a nice taste on the palate, but...? Maybe a little spicy. ⁉️ thanks Awanoya Sake Shop (Iwaki: Taira)
