のちをI found a local Raku that I got as a gift the other day and enjoyed my first drink, so I bought it.
At first I felt a bitter taste when it was too cold, but as it approached room temperature, it became more balanced and good.
It was a rare occasion for me to enjoy a leisurely evening drink with my daughter while watching TV. Manachi napped on the sofa. I was told off for my noisy nose 😅It was such a Friday night.

The aroma is slightly sweet apple, and there is also a sweet aroma of alcohol.
Typical Junmai Daiginjo with a slightly sweet taste.
The taste is as expected with clear sweet umami and low acidity.
However, the fullness of the umami is more than expected, and the taste is very full and satisfying.
A little graininess at the end, but there is no bitterness and it all comes together nicely.

You can drink sake by itself, but you can drink it with aji sashimi and nameko mushrooms.
but I also enjoy aji sashimi and nameko mushrooms with a glass of cold sake.
It is also very special.
I heated up some sake, knowing that Matsunozashi would be a safe bet for warming up.
It's a very calm taste, and also delicious.
Heating sake at home. Sake is best enjoyed at home.
